Our products are carefully curated and handcrafted with attention to detail. Due to the unique nature of our products, we currently do not offer exchanges or returns once an order has been placed.

No Exchange or Return Policy

• No exchanges are available for size, color, design preferences, or change of mind.

• No returns or refunds will be accepted after delivery.

• Customers are requested to carefully review all product details, images, specifications, and measurements before placing an order.

Exceptions (Only in Case of Genuine Issues)

We will provide assistance only in the following situations:

• You receive a damaged product.

• You receive the wrong item (different from the product ordered).

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Process for Approved Issues

If you experience any of the above issues:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Share clear photos/videos of the product along with the packaging.

• Our team will review and verify the issue.

After successful verification, we may provide a replacement or store credit. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered only in exceptional cases.
